I am an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who experience a wide range of mental health concerns. As a therapist truly value the relational experience of therapy! I believe that building an authentic, empowering, and positive relationship with my clients is one of the most critical aspects of the therapeutic process. I guide my clients and create a personalized treatment plan that will aid them in meeting their therapeutic needs.
I utilize a similar approach when providing play therapy; my goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that allows the child to grow and lean towards a healthier path of functioning. I believe that through a child-centered play therapy approach, the child can choose goals for themselves and, in turn, gain a stronger sense of autonomy and confidence. Additionally, I believe in a collaborative approach in hope to provide tools to parents to better understand their child. My playroom has a wide variety of toys that have been picked intentionally to foster imagination, communication, and self-acceptance.

I provide therapy for children from ages 4-17. I believe in a child-centered approach where I provide the child with a safe place to explore their emotions while having autonomy in their therapeutic experience. In order to provide parents with tools to assist their child I provide a 3:1 ratio for parent meetings to discuss treatment objectives.

My therapeutic approach is highly grounded in humanistic approaches. Through empathy, understanding, and an inclusive environment; I develop an individualized treatment plan based on your needs and goals.

Eating disorder individual therapy is provided for individuals starting at age 10. I incorporate IFS techniques, CBT, DBT and utilize a Health at Every size (HAES) approach. The hope is to assist client's in navigating ED recovery and find body neutralit
